PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. cooked fettucini
8 oz. pepperoni, sliced
8 oz. ham, sliced
8 oz. mushrooms, fresh, sliced
1/2 c. green olives
1/2 c. black olives
1 bunch green onions
1 stalk broccoli
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper

In preparing a pasta salad, your only limitation is how far your imagination will take you. The list of ingredients can be varied. Substitute roast beef or salami or other meats. Switch vegetables and try various combinations to find your own favorite. Add your favorite Italian dressing to complete the salad. Let the salad marinate one or two hours, but not much more, as the noodles lose their consistency. Try various styles of noodles- Rotini, Shells, Rings, etc. Be daring, have fun and good eating.
