3 lbs. sweet potatoes, unpeeled, raw
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Half and Half
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
9 inch uncooked pie shell

Boil potatoes in slightly salted water until done. Cool, peel and mash well. Combine all ingredients - pour into pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
