HEALTHY SOUP 
1 sm. head cabbage, sliced thin
2 onions, chopped
Sm. bag carrots, sliced
1/2 bag celery, sliced
2 lg. cans stewed tomatoes or 6 to 8 frozen tomatoes
2 envs. dry onion soup mix
2-3 qts. water
6-8 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces

Beef or chicken broth may be substituted for dry soup and water. Add any other favorite veggies desired. Simmer, covered, for 4-6 hours. Add more water or broth if desired.
