1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1 (8 oz.) jar Hellmann's or Best Foods mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Sprinkle of onion powder

Thaw spinach and squeeze until dry. Add rest of ingredient.s Salt and pepper to taste. Excellent with raw vegetables, crackers, and chips.
