SHRIMP ALA DINO 
1-2 lbs. cleaned shrimp, cooked

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk - use whole milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. parsley
Garlic salt and cayenne pepper to taste
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. sherry wine

Sliced Mozzarella cheese Paprika

1. Melt butter and stir in flour, then milk to make a white sauce. Add seasonings and cook until thick. Cool slightly and add sherry. (If sauce is too hot, it will separate when adding sherry.)

2. Stir in cooked shrimp and mushrooms.

3. Pour into baking dish and top heavily with Parmesan cheese and then top with 2 slices thick of Mozzarella cheese.

4. Sprinkle with paprika and bake until brown, 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

5. Serve in Pepperidge Farm patty shells or over rice or noodles.
