HAM AND NOODLE BAKE 
Leftover ham, cut into bite-size pieces
2 c. wide noodles
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Butter
Bread crumbs

Cook the wide noodles until tender, drain and put into a buttered casserole with the leftover ham. Mix the eggs and milk and pour over the noodles mixture. Dot with bits of butter and spread bread crumbs over all. Bake in a preheated oven until set, at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
