RICE PUDDING 
10 c. milk
1 c. rice
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. can sweetened condensed milk
Cinnamon to taste
Raisins (optional)

Put milk, rice and sugar in large pot. Place on low heat and cook stirring frequently until rice absorbs milk, takes about 3 hours. When milk is absorbed remove from heat. Add eggs, canned milk, and cinnamon. Mix through. Cool. Serve warm or cold. May add raisins half way through first cooking.
