EASY CHICKEN WITH CHICKEN GRAVY | |
4 chicken breasts, bone in 1 can of Campbell's golden mushroom soup OR 1 can cream of chicken soup (kids prefer this) Tinfoil Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rip skin off chicken. Place each piece on large pieces of tinfoil. Spoon concentrated soup (add no water) on top of chicken. Close edges of tinfoil to make airtight pouch. Bake on cookie sheet in 450 degree oven for 25 minutes. Turn packages over and cook 20 more minutes. Makes it's own gravy. These are good for freezing in pouches, thawing and re-heating. |
