STUFFED SEASHELLS 
2 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. ground meat
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 c. grated Romano cheese
1 box shells

Prepare sauce. Brown ground meat and drain. In a separate bowl mix Ricotta and eggs. Combine with ground meat. Cook shells according to instructions on box. Let cool. Fill each shell with 1 heaping teaspoon of the meat mixture. Place in baking dish and pour small amount of sauce over shells. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
