RAISIN BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oatmeal

FILLING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 c. raisins

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. milk (add more if needed for drizzling consistency)

Cream butter and sugar. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix until crumbly and then pat half of mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.

Mix filling ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened. Spread over crumb mix in pan. Add 1 tablespoon water to remaining crumb mixture and pat over raisin filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Mix frosting ingredients and drizzle over warm bars.
