HAMBURGER STEAK 
2 lb. hamburger
flour
egg and milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water

Make hamburger patties; roll patties in flour. Dip in egg and milk, then roll in flour again. Brown in shortening on both sides. Heat soups, water and milk, and pour over patties.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
