EASY LASAGNE 
16 oz. container Ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 c. spaghetti sauce
8 lasagne noodles
2 c. shredded Mozzarella

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix Ricotta, parsley, Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic. Spread 1 1/3 cups spaghetti sauce evenly over bottom of rectangular baking dish. Arrange 4 uncooked lasagne noodles over sauce. Spread over the noodles, 1 cup of Ricotta mixture and 1 cup Mozzarella. Spread 1 1/3 cups spaghetti sauce over Mozzarella. Make another layer with 4 uncooked lasagne noodles, 1 cup Ricotta mixture and 1 1/3 cups spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella cheese over top. Bake, uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until noodles are done. Let cool 15 minutes.
