PUNCH 
2 boxes Jello (use the color of Jello according to color scheme)
1 can pineapple, crushed
1 can applesauce
1 can (1/2 gal.) orange juice or drink
1 can pineapple juice (1/2 gal.)
1/2 gal. of ice cream or ice milk (vanilla)
2 bottles of ginger ale

Mix the boxes of Jello as if you were making Jello. Mix pineapple, applesauce, orange juice, pineapple juice with Jello and freeze in plastic jar.

Take punch out of freezer about 8 hours before party. Let it thaw until you can just stir it. Keep a close check on punch. When you are ready to serve punch, mix ice cream with it and add ginger ale.
