PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
4 oz. fat free cream cheese 1/3 c. reduced fat peanut butter 1/2 c. confectioners sugar 1/4 c. fat free milk 8 oz. of Fat Free Cool Whip 1 pie crust (either reduced fat or chocolate) Mix the cream cheese in a bowl until creamy. Add peanut butter and sugar and beat until creamy. Add milk and stir in cool whip. Pour this in your pie crust. If you want to serve within the next two hours after preparation, place in the freezer. However, if you make it ahead of time for the next day, you can chill it in the fridge. |
