TOMATO SAUCE 
Cover bottom of pot:

1/2 tsp. oil (olive)
1-2 cloves garlic
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can tomato paste

Put in blender for 3 minutes:

4 (28 oz.) cans canned whole tomato

Also will need:

1 lb. sausage or spare ribs
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
1/2 tbsp. salt

Saute garlic in oil. After browned crush with fork and discard. Brown sausage in oil, and saute onion. Stir in paste. Cook 10 minutes. After paste and oil are well mixed, slowly add wine and water. Add tomatoes and seasoning. Bring to boil, lower to simmer. Add sausage. Cook minimum 1/2 hour.
