JAPANESE SPAGHETTI (YAKISOBA) 
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. soy sauce

Mix. (For 4 people, I use 1/2 cup of each). Set aside. Start water boiling for Ramen noodles.

Ingredients: (adjust amounts according to number of people) oil, garlic powder, boneless chicken, beef or pork, onion, bell pepper, cabbage and Ramen noodles. In a large skillet or wok, put 2 to 3 teaspoons cooking oil, 1 teaspoon garlic or garlic powder. Add thinly sliced or cut up pieces of pork, beef or chicken. While meat is cooking chop onion, bell pepper, cabbage (do not chop real fine, may also add carrots, celery, water chestnuts). Add vegetables to meat and continue cooking. Cook noodles ( they only take 3 minutes to cook. I usually use one package per person, do not use seasoning package in noodles). When meat is done and vegetables are tender, drain noodles and mix all together with half of catsup and soy sauce mixture. Put rest of sauce on table, to be added according to individual taste. Serve with Chinese vegetables, egg roll, salad or alone.
