DREW'S FAVORITE CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 lbs. chicken, cut in cubes

BATTER:

3 eggs
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Make batter. In medium bowl, with rotary beater, beat eggs very well. Add flour and cornstarch, beat until smooth.

In shallow dish put chicken, pour batter over it and mix well. Drop cubes, one fourth at a time, into hot oil, fry, turning about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and put on paper towel to drain.
