PASTA PICNIC SALAD | |
2 c. rotini pasta, uncooked 1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) sliced pepperoni 2 avocados, peeled, sliced into sm. chunks, sprinkled with lemon juice 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved 1/4 c. sliced green onions 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper 3/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients, mixing gently but thoroughly. Cover. Chill 4 hours or overnight. |
