COMPANY STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
6 carrots
4 sm. onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can mushrooms
Potatoes, number depends on how many people to be served
1 c. water
1/4 c. sherry
3 tbsp. soy sauce

DRY INGREDIENTS:

Mix well: 1/2 c. flour Salt & pepper to taste Sprinkle of oregano

Place 1/2 of the meat in a roaster pan; add all the vegetables and top with remaining meat. Sprinkle with dry ingredients. Add water, sherry and soy sauce which have been mixed together. Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove lid and cook another 2 hours or so until meat is tender.
