ORIENTAL SESAME PASTA 
1 1/2 lb. fettuccine, cooked
4 oz. sesame oil
6 oz. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 scallions, thinly sliced
Crushed red pepper, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tsp. garlic, finely chopped

Cook and cool pasta; set aside. Saute garlic and sesame seeds in sesame oil, don't brown too much.

Place pasta, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce and scallions in a large bowl. Mix well. Add red and black pepper for taste. Chill. Serve cold.

Serves 4-6.
