STRAWBERRY - KIWI PIE 
1 pie crust, baked & cooled
125 gram pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c. icing sugar
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine the above ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour on bottom of cooled pie shell. Chill 3-4 hours.

Then - arrange: 2 kiwi fruits sliced thin and 1 pint whole strawberries. Place sliced kiwi on bottom, then strawberries. Pour fruit glaze over (make according to package instructions) top of fruit. Let set 1 hour prior to serving. May be served with whipped cream.
