RICOTTA BALLS (DONUTS) 
2 c. Presto flour
5 eggs
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar

Mix ingredients together. In frying pan, heat about 1 inch oil. Dip a large spoon in hot oil, then in batter. Cut a small amount of batter into hot oil with a knife. The batter will form as soon as it is dropped into the oil. As soon as golden brown, drain on paper towels, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
