BLENDER MOUSSE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. boiling water
1 egg
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Cool Whip

In blender container, combine chocolate chips and boiling water; cover. Whirl at high speed for 15 seconds until smooth. Add egg, cream and extract. Whirl at high speed for 30 seconds. Scrape sides; whirl 15 seconds longer. Spoon into dessert cups. Chill. Garnish with Cool Whip before serving.
