This is enough for 3 quarts dry ingredients when crumbled. 2 onions, chopped 1 qt. celery, chopped 1/4 c. parsley 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. sage 2 eggs, beaten 16 oz. chicken broth 1 c. milk
Saute onions, celery and parsley in butter. Crumble biscuits and cornbread, add seasonings and onions, celery and parsley mixture. Mix together. Add liquids and beaten eggs. Taste. Add more seasonings and/or broth or milk for desired consistency and taste. Mix well and bake in roaster pan (greased) 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
