GLAZED PEACH CREME 
1 pkg. (3 oz. each) Jello, peach flavored
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) sliced peaches or 1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced

Dissolve 1 package Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.

Dissolve second package Jello in remaining boiling water. Add ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Pour into a serving bowl. Chill about 1 hour or until set but not firm.

Arrange peach slices on Jello ice cream mixture. Top with clear Jello. Garnish with Cool Whip, if desired.
