QUICK DRESSING "STOVE TOP" 
1 skillet of cornbread, crumbled
2 stalks celery, chopped coarse
1 onion, finely chopped
Dash of sage
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
4 c. water, more if needed
1 tbsp. grease

Mix all ingredients together in large pot. Cook for 30 minutes.
