CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar

Add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/3 cup sour milk. Add 2 1/4 cups flour, 4 tablespoons cocoa, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Add 2 cups shredded zucchini. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes. You may sprinkled 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts on cake before baking.
