1 pkg. spinach, washed & torn
1 pkg. Chinese bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup

Shake dressing well and pour over salad.
