CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE | |
1 stick unsalted butter 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate 1 1/2 tsp. flour 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 4 eggs, separated 1 tsp. hot water 1. Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. Remove from heat. 2. Add flour, sugar and hot water. Stir. 3. Add 4 egg yolks, one at a time, stirring well after each. 4. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. 5. Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes in well greased cake pan. |
