QUICK GELATIN MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. fruit flavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. crushed ice

Place gelatin and boiling water into blender, cover and process at STIR until dissolved. Increase speed to LIQUIFY, remove cover and add crushed ice. Process until ice melts and mixture begins to thicken. Pour into a 2 cup mold, or serving dishes and chill 5 minutes before unmolding or serving. Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
