BEEF ROAST 
3-4 lbs. boneless chuck roast
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained

In bottom of baking pan, put aluminum foil to cover. Pour mushroom soup on foil, place meat on soup. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Pour mushrooms over meat. Cover with another piece of aluminum foil, sealing edges with bottom piece of foil. Place cover on pan. Roast in 375 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
