FRESH STRAWBERRY & FROZEN
RASPBERRY PIE
 
1 qt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice OR 1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
2 tbsp. cornstarch (or more if needed)

Mash a few strawberries and add to sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Add raspberries and cook 20 minutes. Pour small amount of glaze over baked crust. Add strawberries and pour rest of glaze on top. Serve with whipped cream.
