BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 large bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce
1 large can tomato sauce
1/2 bottle ketchup
5 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 small box pickling spice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
paprika
seasoning salt
4 tbsp. mustard
1 large lemon, sliced
1 c. water
1 stick butter
garlic salt
hot sauce

Mix all ingredients (except paprika, seasoning salt, garlic salt, Accent and hot sauce) in a large pot over medium heat. Add the paprika, salt, Accent and hot sauce according to your own taste. Reduce heat and simmer over low flame for about 1 hour.

Makes approximately 1/2 gallon of sauce.
