BEST BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 sm. pkg. broccoli spears, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. cold milk
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 can bread crumbs

Cook and drain broccoli. Place in casserole dish. Cook butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk in saucepan until bubbly. Remove from heat and blend in cream cheese. Pour mixture over broccoli. Mix cheese and butter. Pour over sauce and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
