70 Ritz crackers 1/2 c. nuts 1 stick butter 1/2 gal. ice cream, any flavor 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. Cool Whip Mix broken crackers with butter and nuts. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with 3/4 of mixture. Set rest aside. Soften ice cream. Mix milk with pudding. Add pudding to ice cream. Pour on top of cracker mixture in pan. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle rest of cracker mixture on top. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. (Can add bananas to the pudding mixture). |
