BUDGET STEAK 
1 to 3 lbs. (1 1/2 inch thick) chuck steak
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. (polyunsaturated) oil
1 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1/2 tsp. each marjoram, rosemary & thyme leaves, crushed

Mix vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, oil, meat tenderizer, marjoram, rosemary and thyme leaves. Combine all ingredients, pour over steak and marinate for at least 1 hour.

NOTE: Marinating also tenderizes meats. For best results first pierce meat on all sides with long pronged fork before pouring marinade.
