STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
1 (3-4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
Water
1 c. seasoned stuffing mix
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 - 2 lb. round steak, tenderized
3 tbsp. oil
1 (3/4 oz.) env. brown gravy mix
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Drain mushrooms (save liquid). Add water to liquid to make one cup. Combine stuffing mix, mushrooms, butter and cheese; spread on steak. Roll up, jelly roll style and tie with string. Brown steak roll in oil in Dutch oven; pour off excess oil. Combine gravy mix, mushroom liquid, wine, onion and garlic. Add to Dutch oven and bring to boil. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
