GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 1/3 c. crushed chocolate wafers
3 to 4 tbsp. melted butter
24 large marshmallows
2/3 c. half and half
2 tbsp. creme de menthe
2 tbsp. creme de cacao
1 c. whipped cream
1 drop green food coloring

Combine chocolate crumbs and butter. Press in pie tin.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes in 325°F oven over low heat. Melt marshmallows and half and half. Cool mixtures. Add creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold in whipped cream and coloring, then pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle a few crumbs on top and chill.
