DEVILED LOBSTER 
1 lb. lobster meat
1 pt. milk
1 onion (cut up)
2 cloves garlic
1 sm. pkg. Old English cheese
Bread crumbs
Paprika
Parsley

Scald 1 cup milk in double boiler with cut up onion and garlic. Remove from heat but leave in double boiler for 1 hour. Remove garlic and onion, make heavy cream sauce with remaining milk, then add scalded milk plus 1 small package Old English cheese. Add more milk if too thick.

Saute lobster in butter and combine. Place in individual shells (if available). Top with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. If frozen, bake 30 to 40 minutes. 8 servings.
