GRAMMA'S BUNS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
6-8 c. flour (enough for easy handling)

In a large bowl, add yeast and water. Add eggs. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough is easy to handle (use hands to mix after about 4 cups of flour). Knead (in bowl) into a rounded mound and cover bowl. Let rise in a warm place 1 1/2 hours or until doubled. Punch down and cover again. Let rise 1/2 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven heats, make dough into buns. Put on lightly greased cookie sheets sand cover with a clean, dry sack cloth towel. Let rise 1/2 hour. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on pans. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
