OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
3 3/4 qt. popped corn (15 c.)
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Heat oven to 200 degrees. Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, salt in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until it bubbles around edge. Cook for 5 minutes, then take pan off heat.

Stir in soda until foamy. Pour sauce over popped corn. Stir until all covered. Bake the caramel corn for 1 hour. Stir it every 15 minutes. Let the caramel corn cool. Store in tightly covered container.
