DIET CABBAGE-NOODLE STEAK 
2 lb. flank steak
2 onions, sliced
1 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 med. head cabbage, shredded
2 c. boiled noodles

Brown flank steak sliced thin in a Teflon pan with the onions. Drain pan and add the tomato juice, soy sauce, sherry and garlic powder. Place the shredded cabbage on top of the steak. Cover and steam 20 minutes or until cabbage is done. Mix steak and cabbage and add the noodles.
