OLD FASHIONED SUCCOTASH | |
3 tbsp. butter 1 c. onions, minced 4 c. cooked corn kernels (2 cans) 2 c. cooked lima beans (1 can) 1/2 c. heavy cream Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter in large skillet. Add onions and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add corn, lima beans, and cream. Cook until vegetables are heated through and cream begins to thicken. Season with salt and pepper. Serve. |
