SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS 
1 can tomato paste (Hunts or Contadina)
1 can tomato sauce (Del Monte)
1 lg. can Italian tomatoes (Progress)
1 1/2 c. chopped meat
3 to 4 slices of soaked dry bread

Mix chopped meat and soaked bread, season with salt and pepper, add egg and medium size minced onion, 1 clove minced garlic. Add chopped parsley, to suit taste. Make small meatballs, brown in pan which has about 1/4 cup of hot oil.

If you use sausage, cut them about 3 inches long and push ends a little to keep meat inside skin. Brown sausage after your meatballs. Remove meat from pan. Strain tomatoes through sieve. Add sauce and paste. (If meatballs and sausage used, double sauce and paste.) Add small minced onion and 1 tablespoon grated cheese. A little water is needed throughout cooking. Heat, add meatballs, sausage, bring to a boil, simmer 4 to 6 hours.
