2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs

Blend all ingredients, then beat 3 minutes. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
