FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. oblong coconut cookies
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding prepared for pie
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Line oblong dish with cookies, cutting some to fill in spaces. Add well drained fruit, spreading evenly. Add another layer of cookies over top. Cover with prepared pudding. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill for 24 hours.
