TAFFY'S BROWNIES 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
Chopped nuts

Beat together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla. Add chocolate syrup, flour and nuts. Bake in 11x14 inch jelly roll pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

Bring 1/3 cup butter, 1/3 cup milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar to rolling boil for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat by hand until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Spread over warm brownies. May top with more chopped nuts. Cool. Cut into squares.
