GOURMET STEW 
3 lbs. beef or lamb, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes or you may use 3 lbs. chicken pieces
2 cans mushroom soup or celery soup
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
3/4 c. sherry wine

Place meat in baking dish. Stir other ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Serves 6- 8.

Bake chicken for 1 1/2 hours.
