HEARTY HAVARTI CHICKEN 
4 3 oz. boneless, skinless thin chicken breast fillets
4 1/2 oz. slices Havarti cheese (or Mozzarella, Swiss, Cheddar)
3/4 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. Italian salad dressing

Pound chicken breasts. Dip each chicken breast into salad dressing and bread crumbs, then roll up around cheese and secure with a toothpick.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

Makes 4 servings.
