SPAGHETTI BAKE
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. sugar
1 (32 oz.) jar tomato sauce
Pinch of oregano, salt, and basil
8 oz. spaghetti, broken in 3 sections, cooked, and drained
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook beef, onion, and garlic until done. Drain off fat. Stir in sauce, sugar, and spices. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let stand while noodles are cooking. Drain spaghetti. Mix sauce and spaghetti together. Place 1/2 of mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheeses. Top with remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with rest of the cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheeses brown and are bubbly.

If using glass dish, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May use Ragu sauce instead of tomato sauce and spices.
